Uniting Burnside offers assessments and permanent placement options to children and young people, 0-18, in out-of-home care. Our Aboriginal service, Ngurambang, provides case management and support for Aboriginal children and young people living in care. We also offer aftercare services to young people 18-25 years who have left out of home care. We recognise that challenges often arise outside of office hours, so we offer an after-hours on-call service for carers, children and young people.
