Uniting Burnside Permanency Support Program - Coffs Harbour, located in Coffs Harbour, is a foster care and permanency support program servicing the NSW North Coast region. Our program offers assessments and permanent placement options to children and young people, 0-18, in out-of-home care. We offer a range of foster care options including; respite, short-term, restoration, kinship, guardianship and long-term care.We also offer aftercare services to young people 18-25 years who have left out of home care. We recognise that challenges often arise outside of office hours, so we also offer an after-hours on-call service for carers, children and young people.
